Morning Prayer 7.25.08, St. James the Apostle

Piazetta, 1723: St. James Brought to Martyrdom
Sacred Spirit, let me be cognizant of your presence and that of countless others, as together we petition your Divine Service in love.
Let the talk of my mouth and the contemplation of my heart be agreeable in your sight, O King, my strength and my ransomer. Psalm 19:14
Admission OF SIN
Most merciful God, we admit that we have sinned against you in reflection, word, and performance, by what we have done, and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole organ of circulation; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We are really sorry and we humbly rue. For the sake of your Son Jesus The saviour, have mercy on us and acquit us; that we may delight in your will, and go on foot in your ways, to the fame of your Name. Amen.
Omnipotent God have mercy on us, pardon us all our sins through our Master Jesus The redeemer, strengthen us in all value, and by the power of the Holy Breath keep us in eternal vitality. Amen.

and...
