CN reasserts their ownership of the waterfront rail yards

It has always been an restless relationship between CN and the persons of Prince Rupert, the residents seeking to have some conformation of access to waterfront areas of the incorporated town, while CN of course has a railway to run.
With the summer months bringing more nation down to the Waterfront park and the advance by steps between the old Rivtow enclosure and the Atlin Bounding, CN is once again reminding clan that wandering off that thin tighten of road and onto their tracks is not only risky but against the law.
Once again declaring the railroad tracks and all the lands between them and the precipice sides as out of bounds, CN advises that they will again be on the direct the eye out for tresspassers who do not observe their warnings.
The by authority warning came in a front boy-servant story in Thursday's Diurnal News.
